Contact benchr

Questions, corrections, security reports — here's where each one goes and what to expect back.

General questions

Anything about the site, the data, licensing the open datasets, or press: hello@benchr.org. Replies usually land within a few days.

Corrections and source disputes

Spotted a wrong price, a stale date, or a figure that doesn't match the provider's own page? That's the mail benchr treats with priority: corrections@benchr.org. Include the page URL and, ideally, a link to the official source you're checking against. Errors get fixed on the original article with a changelog note, and material corrections also appear on the public corrections page — that process is described in the editorial standards.

Security reports

Vulnerabilities in the site itself go to security@benchr.org, per the disclosure policy in security.txt.
