What benchr is
benchr is an editorial publication that synthesizes public information — official provider pricing pages, benchmark publications, and model documentation — into reviews, comparisons, and reference tools for AI models. By using the site you accept these terms.
Accuracy and what it's not
We verify figures against each provider's own published sources and date every verification, and we log corrections openly on the corrections page. Even so, providers change prices and terms without notice, and some figures on the site are clearly labeled editorial estimates rather than official numbers. The content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing on benchr is professional, financial, legal, or procurement advice. Before committing budget to any AI model or service, verify current pricing and terms on the provider's official page — every article links to its sources for exactly this reason.
Using and citing benchr content
You're welcome to quote excerpts, reference our comparisons, and use our published data files (such as model-figures.json) in your own work, with attribution to benchr and a link to benchr.org. Don't republish entire articles, scrape the site to rebuild it elsewhere, or present benchr's editorial ratings as official provider figures — the distinction between verified numbers and editorial estimates is part of the data and must travel with it.
Third-party names and links
Model and product names (Claude, GPT, Gemini, and the rest) are trademarks of their respective owners; benchr is independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any AI provider. External links point to material we don't control. We have no paid-placement arrangements in our editorial content — see our editorial standards.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, hammer it with automated traffic beyond what robots.txt permits, or misrepresent benchr content as your own. AI crawlers are welcome under the terms in robots.txt and llms.txt.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, benchr isn't liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content — including costs incurred from price or availability changes by AI providers. Your sole remedy if you disagree with these terms is to stop using the site.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they are. Material changes get a note on the changelog. Questions: security@benchr.org.
